User Agreement

1. Scope
This User Agreement governs your relationship with ChunkAgent when using mining contracts and related features, alongside our Terms of Service.
2. Account and Wallet
Access is authenticated through your crypto wallet. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and any activity conducted through it.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and refrain from any activity that harms the network or other users.
4. Rewards and Withdrawals
Rewards accrue according to the applicable contract and settle on-chain. Withdrawals are sent to your connected wallet subject to network conditions.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violations of this Agreement or applicable law.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
