By accessing or using ChunkAgent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not barred from using crypto services under applicable law. You are responsible for compliance with local regulations.

3. Mining Services

ChunkAgent provides access to pooled mining contracts. Hash power allocation, contract terms, and reward schedules are described in-app and may change over time.

4. Fees and Rewards

Applicable platform fees are disclosed before you commit to a contract. Rewards are estimates and depend on network conditions, difficulty, and market prices.

5. Risks

Crypto assets are volatile and mining rewards are not guaranteed. You may lose value. Only commit funds you can afford to lose.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, to circumvent security, or to interfere with other users or the network.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChunkAgent is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
